Financial Assistance to Accident Victims during Agricultural Operation.

Financial assistance is being granted by market committees to the victims of agricultural operations in the State . Compensation for the loss of limbs is given @ Rs. 5000/- to Rs. 40,000/- and in case of death a compensation of Rs. 50,000/- is paid .

The total amount of financial assistance disbursed so far has been of the order of Rs. 2.6473 crore to 1199 persons  from 1-04-08 to 30-09-09
