| The HSAMB has constructed
238 nos. covered sheds upto 31.03.2006 in various grain/vegetables
markets and works on 22 covered sheds are in progress. With the
construction of these covered sheds, storage capacity in the mandis
will be 8,95,000/- M.T.
The HSAMB has constructed food storage godowns of the capacity of
4,26.850/- MT at various places in the State. These are used by
procurement agencies, Private agencies can also hire them.
